Mission statement
Faith Walk Community Inc. is dedicated to inspiring and preparing children throughout their educational journey. We aim to bridge the gaps they may experience at home by equipping them with the essential tools and instruments needed for success. Our mission includes providing materials and training that empower students as they transition into college, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
What are we doing in the community?
Our vision is to be a beacon of kindness and cheerfulness, recognizing that the overflow of blessings is meant not solely for ourselves but for the betterment of others. Faith Walk Community Inc. envisions a community where every child, particularly those in the 3rd to 8th grades, from diverse backgrounds including minorities and children of color, receives the support and resources necessary to thrive academically and personally.
Population
Our primary focus is on students in the 3rd to 8th grades, encompassing both elementary and middle school levels. We specifically target minority students and children of color to address the unique challenges they may face in their educational journey.
Demographics
Faith Walk Community Inc. is committed to serving all genders within the minority student population. Our programs and initiatives are designed to be inclusive, recognizing and celebrating the diversity that enriches our community.
Area of Focus
Our services are concentrated in low-poverty areas, including Bloomfield, Eastside, Lizella, and States in Warner Robins, particularly around the Northside. By directing our efforts to these regions, we aim to uplift communities facing economic challenges and provide opportunities for academic and personal growth
